Blythe Fest Australia is a not-for-profit event run by volunteers who generously donate their time to make this event possible.

All ticket proceeds go directly back into the event.

Tickets

Ticket release dates

• Vendor applications open: 1 July 2026

• Attendee ticket sales open: 1 August 2026

Information on how to purchase tickets will be released closer to the sale dates.

Payment plans

Payment plans are available for all tickets.

Tickets can be paid off over 8 weeks through regular instalments.

What’s included with your ticket

All tickets include:

• Entry to the event for one person

• One goodie bag

• Five raffle tickets for doll raffles (choose which raffle tins to place your tickets into)

• One additional raffle prize included in your goodie bag

• Lunch

• Entry into competitions (competition categories and registration details will be announced)

No door sales

Tickets must be purchased in advance.

Due to event logistics, tickets will not be sold at the door. No ticket = no entry.

Attendee tickets

Attendee ticket sales open on 1 August 2026 at 10:00am AEST and will remain available until 1 July 2027 or until sold out.

Attendee ticket price: $90

Vendors

Vendor applications open on 1 July 2026.

Vendor pricing:

• Half trade table: $120

• Full trade table: $140

The venue has allocated 20 trade tables in total.

At this stage, vendors may purchase a maximum of one full table. A waitlist will be available if tables sell out.

Additional tables cannot be brought in or added on the day of the event.

Drinks

Drinks will be available for purchase from the cash bar located in the event room.

Donations

Blythe Fest relies heavily on the generosity of our followers and the Blythe community for donations and gifts for raffle prizes and goodie bags.

We sincerely appreciate the support that helps make Blythe Fest a fun, welcoming, and memorable event each year.

Accommodation

If you are travelling to the event, Labrador and Southport are both approximately 10 minutes from the venue and offer a range of accommodation options.
